We are Western New York’s leading instructors for the New York State (NYS) Concealed Carry Pistol Permit Training under the Concealed Carry Improvement Act (CCIA). Our area includes all 20 Western New York counties.

NYS 18-Hour Concealed Carry Pistol Permit Course (CCIA) Our course includes LIVE FIRE training and is required by New York State for anyone seeking a concealed carry pistol permit. We provide all supplies —handguns, ammunition, holsters, and targets.

Course Highlights:

Firearm safety basics and range etiquette
Fundamentals of marksmanship
Live-fire range training
Situational awareness and conflict de-escalation
13 + hours Law Review covering local, state, and federal laws
Understanding the moral and ethical considerations of carrying a weapon
Purchasing a Handgun Exercises
Permit application support and documentation review

Fee : 250 – requires $50 non-refundable deposit. The balance of $ 200 Cash (preferred) or check paid at the door at beginning of first Session. Fee includes – handguns, ammunition, holsters, targets, target holders, list of Federal and State Laws.

This Course is excellent also for current permit holders and anyone who needs to get updated on the current Laws, new Laws, and financial and legal Liabilities of owning a firearm.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS :

BE 20 minutes early for each session, if possible, to help set up , answer questions, etc
Bring eye protection
EAR PROTECTION – EAR MUFF STYLE ONLY ; foam style are not allowed
Belt to hold a holster
Dress for the weather especially footwear
BRING FOOD AND DRINK
BLACK PEN ONLY – REQUIRED
Students are required to sign liability-hold harmless forms at check-in at the beginning of the first Session of the Course.
No disqualifying rules or items under 18 U.S. Code § 922(g)
