ADVANCED HANDGUN COURSE:
- This course is designed for the serious, experienced handgun shooter seeking professional training.
- 18 + hours professional instruction
- Over 75 handling exercises including:
- shooting from 3 positions
- single hand shooting – left and right hand only
- Basic and advanced instruction on accuracy and marksmanship, drawing and holstering, and advanced shooting techniques
- Over 300 rounds of .22 caliber ammunition utilized in live-fire exercises
- Guidance on proper and legal storage and transporting a handgun
- Practical instruction and exercises on handgun cleaning and maintenance
- Insight on the selection and purchase of a handgun
- Review of current laws on handgun possession and use in New York State
Fee : $ 285 CASH
We supply handguns, targets, target holders, holsters
Required: 21 with photo ID; 300 rounds or 22 LR ammo; bring food and drink; dress for the weather, ear ( MUFF STYLE ONLY ) protection, eye protection, belt for a holster
For special training sessions, students should bring their personal handgun and ammunition.
